Point Construction has joined forces with many banks and lenders in an effort to provide a vast array of choices in your home mortgage.  Weather you own your land now or will be purchasing it just to build your home, there is a mortgage to suit everyone. Our preferred lenders are mortgage professionals with local offices to help you. Depending on the Lender and your current credit situation, Construction – Permanent Loans (C/P Loans) will require anywhere from 20% - 25% minimum down payment.  This can also come from the value of your owned land and there may be nothing required as a down payment.
